Why does device manager keeps refreshing

I thought I should post this somewhere in case someone else runs into this problem. In "advanced network options", turning off "network discovery" stopped the issue. I guess I have a component in the house constantly trying to connect to me, or something.

Best Regards, Diego R. Hello, I ran a MalwareBytes scan and found 0 infections. I also ran a Windows Defender scan and found 0 infections. I tried the application DaveM suggested, but found no trace of anything in the log.

I seriously don't think it has to do with my USB. Running Windows 10 in Safe Mode seems to have fixed the Device Manager from refreshing, however I have no other way of isolating the cause. Other than disabling everything one by one, which I may have to do, unless there is another option, or a better way? I see the yellow over one of the usb devices but it does not uninstall when I right click.
