Best Regards, Diego R. Hello, I ran a MalwareBytes scan and found 0 infections. I also ran a Windows Defender scan and found 0 infections. I tried the application DaveM suggested, but found no trace of anything in the log.
I seriously don't think it has to do with my USB. Running Windows 10 in Safe Mode seems to have fixed the Device Manager from refreshing, however I have no other way of isolating the cause. Other than disabling everything one by one, which I may have to do, unless there is another option, or a better way? I tried this and it shows something is constantly plugging and unplugging into USB though nothing is attached. Device Manager constantly refreshes. I see the yellow over one of the usb devices but it does not uninstall when I right click.
