EBongo I believe the store is also only open at night. At least I've noticed on a couple of occasions that the store wasn't available There's a closed door right next to his shop, but he's always been open for me. Ben Brocka - same for me, always open. Yep you read that right. The gun uses small amounts of Eridium as ammo, and in return it shoots out a fountain of weapons. Some of those weapons were significantly better than the ones we have, so it may be a legitimate way of getting gear in the late-game.
