Not having anything to do day in and day out lead to drug abuse. I need help. I will be on the street soon, and that terrifies me. What can I do? I am desperate. I just want to be happy, and feel safe and stable.
I do not need a huge house, just somewhere I can lay my head and not have to worry about my home being taken away. Now that my mom is gone, I have family photos I do not want to lose and my life style will not allow for me to keep them, those pictures will be in the trash because you can not carry those things on the street.
Any suggestions are welcome. I hear you guys who say you are limited because you are a felon. Get rid of that baggage. I have more felonies than you can count on 1 hand and I can always find work. Believe in yourself, communicate well and show why you are worth taking a chance on. The hard part is being motivated enough to put yourself out there like that and maintain.
The longer you believe you are limited the more limited you are. No more exuses. I am an educated woman who has a felony charge on my record.
I am at wits ends looking for work as an Exec. Assistant or Admin. I am not too proud to work in restaurants except I have a bad sciatica that makes standing for more than 45 minutes impossible. Any suggestions? I have contacted state agencies and everything.

Starting a business take money. All were asking for is a fair chance to get back on our feet and make a living like a everyone else. I am a felon. I have worked for others but they find an excuse not to pay knowing I cannot do anything about it. I am currently making lawn furniture and scrapper. All I am lacking is the proper tools and hardware so pallets safice. And my opinion on the matter means next to nothing, have the nerve to say!
